London, UK – March 1, 2011 – 7thingsmedia, the performance-based digital marketing agency, has appointed former Webgains Client Services Director, Hero Grigoraki as Head of Account Management.
Reporting to David McDermott, Performance Director: Hero will be responsible for the development of the account management team across all digital channels.
Hero joins 7thingsmedia from her previous role as Client Services Director at affiliate network, Webgains, where she headed up a team of 17, overseeing all their managed programmes, the support team and the international account management teams. She has an extensive retail and affiliate marketing background with over nine years in the online marketing environment working both network and client-side at Figleaves.
